Generally uttapams need lot of preparation before hand like preparing batter,its fermentation etc.
Today I am sharing a recepie of instant uttapams in which you don’t need to ferment or do prior preparations.
This recepie is made with instant preparation. It is very easy to make. It can be served as breakfast or in kids lunch box.
It is also a very healthy recepie as it is good combination of Carbs,Proteins & fiber.
This will be liked by both (kids& adults).
Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
1/3rd cup rawa(sooji)
1/2 cup grated Paneer
1/2 cup curd
1 small chopped onion
1/2 chopped capsicum
1 chopped small tomato(deseeded)
1/2 spoon chilli powder
1/2 spoon turmeric powder
1/2 spoon pav bhaaji masala
Salt to taste
1/2 spoon baking powder
Pinch of baking soda
A pinch of mustard seeds,seasame seeds,curryleaves,greenchillies
Preparation
Take a bowl,add wheat flour
Add all the ingredients except baking powder & baking soda
Make thick batter.Add baking powder & baking soda
Heat pan,put batter on pan in form of uttapam,Apply oil/butter
Let it cook on low flame,flip it & cook the other side too
Give tadka as we give in khaman
Wheat uttapams are ready to serve with green chutney or sauce
