We all love street food, Isn’t it. Vada Pav is Mumbai’s famous street food. You can get on any streets of Mumbai.
It is the most humble street food of Mumbai, yet very tasty and delicious. Vada Pav is basically a batata Vada sandwiched between two pavs with green chutney, sweet chutney and dry garlic chutney, served with fried green chillies.
To give a twist to this famous street food Vada Pav, Maggie Vada Pav is originated. Maggie Vada is nothing but batata vada replaced with maggie vada.This has also become very famous street food now and is liked by kids and adults both.
So, how to make Maggie Vada Pav at home? Lets have a look at the recepi.
1pack maggie( small pack)
Salt to taste
1/2 spoon chilli powder
1/4 th spoon haldi powder
A pinch of hing
Oil for frying
Cook maggie as we normally cook it. Only take care it should not have any water left in it
Make besan batter by mixing all the ingredients.Batter should be not too thick nor too thin
Make balls of cooked maggie, dip in batter & fry in hot oil
Fry some green chillies to serve with Vada Pav

Serving of Vada Pav
Apply green & tamarind chutney on Pav, sprinkle dry garlic chutney on Pav, place the maggie noodle vada & serve with green chutney, hot masala tea.
