Chinese Bhel is a snack item which is popularly available in streets of Mumbai. It is a combination of crispy noodles with sauces and sauted veggies.
Although I am not a big fan of it, as compared to our original bhel but my family loves it. It is very easy to make and can be a sweet-tangy and fulfilling snack for evening.
I have shared many other street food recepies in my previous blogs, like Vada Pav, Aloo Tikki, Dal Pakwaan and many more. Do check them too if you are a big chaat lover/ street food lover
