Fruit Bhel – A Chatpata Snack


The only thing I love about summers is we get variety of fruits in this season. These summer fruits keeps us hydrated and makes us competent to avoid summer health issues.

On the other hand Chaat is that snack which brings whole lot of ingredients together with nutrition.Chaat is an Indian style street food which comprises a lot of delicious things like papdi, dahi, chutneys and many more

It can be served as snack or even main meal as they are quite satisfying. As I mentioned in my earlier posts also that Chaat is my favorite and love to do innovation in it

Now you must have got idea I am talking about fruits and then chaats, so todays recipe is about a Chaat made using fruit and chaat ingredients. So without delay as its name says lets look at the recipe of Fruit Bhel. I am sure you will definitely love this chatpata snack


2 sliced banana

1 Apple diced

1 tomato chopped

1/4 cup pomegranate

Few grapes

1 bowl Puffed Rice (Murmura)

1/4th cup mix farsan( optional)

Green chutney

Tamarind chutney

Chaat Masala

Salt to taste

Nylon sev

Few Papadis

Green chopped coriander for garnishing


In a big bowl, put all fruits together, now add murmura, mix farsanPut green and tamarind chutney

Add salt and chaat masalaAdd some papadis( broken into pieces)

Mix them all together, garnish it with nylon sev, papadi and green coriander

Serve it immediately
