Paneer Stuffed Paniyaram – A healthy Snack

(Balance of Protein, Carbs and Fat)

Is eating healthy food needs special preparation or some fancy ingredients then usual ones? What do you think?

My answer is No, it does not require special preparation or fancy ingredient. Only thing it requires is a twist in our regular food just to make it healthy.

Paniyaram is a very common dish which is made as snack item in many households. So generally it is made up of using dosa batter or to make it fast it is also made using Suji/Rawa. So according to original recipe using rawa then it will be only source of Carbs and little bit of Fat(oil/ghee used to cook it)

However I did a small twist to the original recipe by adding paneer a major source of protein thus balancing with carbs, protein and fats and making a complete balanced food. In my previous post, I have mentioned the importance of Protein in our day to day life, so please check to know the importance of it.

Lets see this interesting recipe with simple twist to make it complete food.
