Broccoli Paneer Tikki – A Protein Pack Snack Recipe

Snack is a must requirement with our morning or evening tea. We all need a good and fulfilling breakfast/Snack with our tea

The best part is if that snack is healthy too and consumes less time to make then it is just like Cherry on Cake. So todays my recipe is about a very healthy Protein Pack and very easy to make tikki which is fulfilling and very tasty for the taste buds

It is made up of very basic ingredients available at home like broccoli, paneer, cheese, onion and some spices. Another best part is it is Pan fried so can be cooked using very less oil/ghee

Lets now see how it is made and what all ingredients are used to make it in an very easy way

Ingredients

1 medium sized broccoli

4-5 spoon roasted besan(chickpeas flour)

50 gm Paneer

1 cubes grated cheese

1 finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves

1 green chilli

1 spoon red chilli powder

1/2 spoon haldi powder

1/2 spoon amchur

1/2 spoon chaat masala

1/4 spoon coriander powdder

Salt to taste

Ghee for cooking tikkis

Preparation

Wash, clean and separate the broccoli florets and blanch till it get soft

After boiling drain the excess water and in a bowl add broccoli, onion, chilli, ginger garlic paste and mix them well

Add roasted besan, paneer and cheese to broccoli mixture

Add in the masalas to spice up the tikkis

Mix all ingredients nicely

Apply oil on hands and take ball sized amount of the mixture and form a round tikki and cook it on low flame using ghee/ oil

Cook on low flame from both sides till it turns golden

Relish it with hot tea or mint coriander chutney
